Certosa Suite - Naples

It is a nicely presented and beautiful property located in Vomero district near to the underground station. Really kind and great staff, they know their business. The room is spotless and new-fashioned, that is important to us.

The room was equipped with a mini bar, central heating, and an iron, featuring an extremely comfortable bed and a private bathroom, centrally located near a metro station in a charming area.

Enjoyed our neat room and very comfy beds. The hotel's position was great next to bars and cafes. We had goodies and coffee at Casa Infante, it was located next to the venue.

Tbh, had a comfortable stay for our first visit in Naples. Everything was brand-new, helpful staff, marvellous location right by a beautiful old palace, restaurants, cafes, bars and shops and lively neighbourhood of Naples👍

My recent stay at Gentile Relais was a pleasant one. The location was very central, making it easy to explore the city. The facilities were neat and clean, and the breakfast provided was delicious. The staff was helpful and easy to communicate with. Despite a few minor issues, I would still recommend this hotel for its competitive price and elegant atmosphere. I had a positive experience at Gentile Relais.

Conveniently, this place is located near Pantesia, so you can easily visit. There are lots of bars and cafes around for you to enjoy. the room is pretty spacious and has a modern feel to it. Plus, the bed is super cozy! 😊

This place was really beautiful and quite clean. the wi-fi was speedy 👍, and it's super convenient being so near the metro station.

In a charming historic building, this place offers a relatively clean stay. Situated in a fun area that's nice and convenient, just a mile away from a beautiful baroque church. 🏛️

Excellent location, just a minute's walk from the metro stop and close to the best shops. Delicious pizza available nearby, only a 2-minute walk from the hotel.- The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating.- The rooms were clean and comfortable.

Check-in process was confusing and there was a lack of communication regarding access to the building. The advertised check-in and check-out times were different from what the staff informed.

The location of Gentile Relais was a bit challenging to find, but once inside, the place was clean and nicely decorated. The neighborhood it is located in is upscale and lively, with great local restaurants nearby. The Metro station just outside the hotel made it easy to explore the city. The staff, especially the owners, were nice and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. The room was very spacious and beautifully decorated.

Amazing Location: The hotel is situated in a historic building in the heart of Naples, giving it a unique charm and ambiance that cannot be compared to any other hotel in town.

Limited Office Hours: The only downside was that the reception office closes after 3pm, which can be inconvenient if you encounter any issues or need assistance. Though, thankfully, we didn't have any problems during our stay.
